WHAT IS SAMADHI BODYWORK?
Samadhi Bodywork combines therapeutic presence, healing touch, and mindful awareness to deeply relax your nervous system. These elements create an environment for your body, heart and mind to synchronize into the natural state of peace.
Developed from clinical training in: Deep Tissue Bodywork, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Cranial-Sacral Therapy, and 10+ years of meditation practice; Samadhi Bodywork is my offering to you.
Sessions holistically integrate: bodywork, breath-work, dialogue, and awareness to activate your body’s healing intelligence. This somatic work facilitates the release of tension, blockages, and PTSD in your body–leaving you feeling grounded, nourished, and connected to yourself.
Samadhi Bodywork is a journey into the heart of natural freedom, supporting a culture of embodied wakefulness.
